Hard Hat Stainless Steel Electrode
The Hard Hat is our fourth 3D-printed stainless steel glans electrode.
Fusing powdered 316L stainless steel with a laser requires extremely expensive machines. This is way beyond our in-house capabilities, so we have enlisted the help of one of the biggest manufacturers of 3D-printed metal products.
Why 3D-printed stainless steel? Using an additive manufacturing process means less waste, and unique shapes and designs that were impossible to make in any other way suddenly become possible.
So, after lots of design work and considerable expense, including investing in our own post-processing equipment (a media blasting cabinet, compressor, and abrasive media), we can now reveal the Glans Hard Hat electrode.
This monopole glans electrode is made from 316L stainless steel and features unique design features.
- It is a monopole electrode, so you will need to use another electrode in conjunction with it.
- It fully encapsulates the glans, providing lots of surface area contact.
- It has an opening at the front for ejaculation and pre-cum to escape.
- It features a small loop to attach a crocodile clip cable, and we include two with each electrode.
- The textured surface helps keep conductive lube/gel in place.
- It is made from 316L stainless steel, so cleaning and even sterilisation between users is possible.
- Our lightest glans electrode.
Plenty of sizing options are available, with five sizes and more planned. Sizing is critical, so we have also designed and sell a nylon sizing kit to help you get the right size. These sizing kits come with a discount code that gives you £9.50 off one of these electrodes when you purchase one.
The sizes pertain to the internal measurement from the rear face to the front of the glans, and this electrode is available in five sizes:
- 35mm/1.4"
- 40mm/1.6"
- 45mm/1.8"
- 49mm/1.92"
- 53mm/2.1".
Oh, and because we like to go above and beyond for our customers, we also supply these in an ABS case.
